A: For the first time, please make sure that your Notebike is fully charged. When charging please keep the charging environment clean and dry. Do not put the battery in any place where the ambient temperature is over 60 degrees. If the charging port is wet, stop charging immediately. If your Notebike won't be used for a long time, please make sure that it can be fully charged once every months.
